Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Certain situations allow for partial refunds only:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card companyโ€”it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bankโ€”there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, send it to: {physical address}.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

Tip: For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
